I have tried following ROM's in my Oneplus 2 mobile

1. CyanogenMod 13
2. Resurrection Remix
3. Hydrogen OS (Official Chinese ROM), in China they are releasing OP2 with Hydrogen OS
4. Official Oxygen OS 2.2
5. Official Oxygen OS 3.0.1
6. Official Oxygen OS 3.0.2
7. Finally latest Oxygen OS 3.1.0

From the above list I choose latest Oxygen OS 3.1.0, because all the other ROM's does have some bugs in the part of camera (most of the other ROM's does not managed the laser auto focus mechanism effectively).

Also it is better to use the ROM developed by the company it self in your mobile, we cannot trust other open ROM developers.

CyanogenMod is good but not as the Oxygen OS 3.1.0. So I recommend Official Oxygen OS 3.1.0 is better for your Oneplus 2 Mobile.
